I read every email personally. Typical response time is within 24 hours on weekdays, though during high-volume periods it may take up to 48 hours.

To help me respond faster, please include:

Bug reports: Your browser name and version, operating system, the file format and approximate size you were converting, and what went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
Feature requests: What format or feature you need, how you'd use it, and whether any existing tools already do it (so I know what to aim for).
General questions: Any context about what you're trying to accomplish. The more I know about your workflow, the better I can help.

Before reporting a conversion issue, please note:

HEIC files only decode in Safari (Apple's format requires native decoder). On Chrome/Firefox, use a HEIC-capable converter instead.
Files over 50MB may be slow on older devices — the processing is done entirely in your browser's memory.
Animated WebP is not supported yet. Only the first frame will be converted.
